I work in industrial B2B analytics, combining Python, SQL and Tableau with a background in sales and marketing. I design and build my projects from scratch, from the business question and data preparation to the finished analysis.

What I build before the dashboard.
My work covers the full analytical workflow. The visualisation is the part the user sees; the preparation and model determine whether it can be trusted.

Consistent records and history
I define the level of detail, relationships and period logic behind the analysis. Stable keys and historical snapshots make comparisons possible without duplicating records.

A commercial background.
A hands-on BI role.
I’m Ivano, an Italian Senior Business Intelligence Specialist based in Osaka, Japan. My career has spanned international business, sales, marketing and analytics since 2015. I moved into a dedicated BI role in 2024 and became a Senior BI Specialist in 2026.
Today I work in industrial automation within an international group. Earlier roles included marketing team leadership, campaign budgets, customer analysis and product launches. That experience shapes the questions I ask of the data and how I explain the answers.
